Steve has spent the last 25 years as a CFO or Chief Operating Officer of companies from $2 million to $55 million dollars in sales and has hands on experience at problem-solving in the construction, distribution, manufacturing, and medical industries. Steve understands the challenges that businesses are facing every day, and I can help them with solutions. Steve is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of CPAs.
Dirk is a Licensed Public Accountant with the State of Iowa, an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as a Registered Financial Consultant. Dirk has also earned Accredited Tax Advisor status with the National Society of Accountants. Dirk has written financial advisory articles for publications like, "The Register" for the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and also volunteers with the State of Iowa at the Low Income Taxpayer Clinics to help taxpayers involved in controversies with the IRS or educating individuals about their tax rights and responsibilities.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Jean received her Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville University, Millersville, PA. After graduation, Jean moved to Iowa with her family and has held bookkeeping/accounting positions as an Office Manager and Treasure of a manufacturing company; Manager of a Racquet Club; and Church Administrator. |
